You can use the standard system on rangefinder cameras, using the calibrated front plates to position the grad line where necessary.
LEE Filters have recently launched the RF75mm Filter System for cameras where the large system interferes with the view through the viewfinder. This new holder has all of the benefits of the 100mm system, but in miniature, and will cover lenses of a diameter up to 67mm.
